The property is on 25 acres of land with a mixture of lush Huon Valley pasture and meandering forest through which a small creek flows into the Huon River. Appledore is a working farm you can explore at your leisure. Pull an apple from the tree and feed the cows if you wish or cuddle a lamb (if you can catch one)

Ideally situated next to Alonnah Reserve, the Bruny Hotel for pub meals, near the local pharmacy and post office and directly opposite the beach with a short drive to the local winery. Beautiful nightly sunsets from the deck.
