This apartment is in a historical house and you can use it for your own. We /the owners are living in the upper floors. The apartment is completely equipped and has a big livingroom, a quiet bedroom, a separate and well equipped kitchen and a bathroom (second toilett on the corridor). In bedroom two persons can sleep in a 1,80m wide bed. A third sleeping option gives a 2m sofa (sleepingsofa) in livingroom. Theoretically two persons can sleep there. For sure towels and bed linen are included. The apartment has LED-TV and WLAN. Using garden is a matter of arrangement. Only 2-3 minutes distance to stop of city-tram number 4. With this line you reach trade fair/exhibition center without change in 15 minutes, in 25 minutes you reach center of city also without change. A big supermarket and other shops are in 100 m distance. A restaurant and a bistro you can reach by feet. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but of course you can smoke in the garden. If you travel by car you will find parkingplaces in front of the house or nearby. Forrest, a lake and a park for deers in a 3km distance offers you to take chance for recreation and jogging.

You reach the airport Cologne/ Bonn in 20 minutes. Supermarket at the corner, bakeries, restaurants, parc and the Rhine are easily accessible on foot. The apartments offer a bathroom and a kitchen. The bedrooms give on to the backyard, where you find a beautiful garden. The kitchen provides all the necessary to cook and feel at home.

Im Umkreis von 100 Metern sind Supermärkte wie Lidl und Aldi. 2 Tankstellen sowie ein Mc Donald‘s. Die liegt an einer befahrenen Straße wobei es Stoßzeiten zu erhöhten Lärm durch Pkw‘s & Lkw‘s kommt,dagegen ist die Unterkunft mit dreifach verglasten Fenstern ausgestattet aber trotzdem wenig zuhören

Gemütliches schickes Apartment, messenah, verkehrsgünstig und mit Parkmöglichkeit. In diesem Apartment kannst Du Dich ausruhen und Dich erholen. Es gibt einen Balkon und eine Badewanne, sowie eine kleine Küche. Smart TV mit Netflix. In 10-15 Minuten kann man mit der Stadt-Bahn zur Messe oder ins Zentrum gelangen. Parken in der Tiefgarage ist möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Phasenweise ist mit Fluglärm zu rechnen. Es ist keine neu renovierte Wohnung, bitte keine Perfektion erwarten.

Bei unserer Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein wunderschönes 1-Zimmer-Apartment mit einem bodengleichen Duschbad. Das Apartment wurde im Januar/Februar 2020 komplett saniert und renoviert. Es befindet sich im Souterrain unseres Einfamilienhauses und ist über unseren Garten zugänglich mit einem eigenen Eingang. Es verfügt über ein gemütliches Boxspringbett, eine Sitz-/Arbeitsmöglichkeit, WLAN, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Teekocher, Kaffeemaschine sowie eine Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Eingang.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig, in grüner Umgebung gelegen mit einer schnellen S-Bahn Anbindung zur Innenstadt/ Dom (ca. 15 min) oder zur Messe/Deutz.. Zur Autobahn (A3) sind es ebenfalls nur ca 10 Minuten. Das Nichtraucher-Apartment liegt im Dachgeschoss, ist hell und freundlich und besteht aus einem Wohn-/schlafraum mit voll eingerichterter offenen Küche und geräumigen Essecke, einem separaten Schlafzimmer (Boxspringbett) sowie einem Duschbad. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 4 Personen.

Top renovierte 50m² ALTBAUWOHNUNG (Erdgeschoss) im Herzen von Köln. Der vordere Raum ist nicht möbliert, da er zwischendurch als Fotostudio genutzt wird (natürlich nicht während einer Vermietung).
