We do welcome non-shedding dogs for a fee. This home is directly managed. Please note: work crews must be pre-approved.

Relax with the whole family in this beautiful waterfront house. It is located on a canal of the Caloosahatchee River and has direct gulf access and its wonderful beaches to enjoy an excellent vacation. The area is a fantastic place for fishing, boating and nature lovers. The house has a private boat dock with one lift. Boat owners/renters can bring boat and keep at our dock during the stay. The boat dock is free.

Beautiful 3BR/2BA home with private salt water pool, screened lanai, WiFi, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and easy access to shopping and main roads. Pool heat available upon request: $30 per night for stays 5 nights and under or $25/night for stays 6+ nights. Minimum 3 nights consecutive. Must be requested 24hrs in advance. Pool heater is not available June–September.
