Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. River views at ‘The Nest’

‘The Nest’ is a beautiful one bedroom self-contained annexe attached to our home on the levels in rural Somerset. It was recently decorated in February 2023. The garden room boasts a brand new log burner and has stunning views over the picturesque garden. As well as this there is a cosy snug room with sofabed and SMART tv to enjoy quiet nights in. The bedroom has dual aspect views, with one side looking out to the River Tone and the other on rolling fields where deer often make an appearance.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The rural location and stunning views across the Somerset Levels makes the annexe to our home perfect for our guests to enjoy. The use of the spacious garden including swimming pool, in the summer months and hot tub all year round makes it a perfect location to relax. The Dairy is a lovingly converted barn set in a gorgeous courtyard setting. We have kept the original beams and furnished with antiques sourced at local auction houses. It is a roomy conversion and can also be rented as a 4 bed. The very comfortable king size bed has an ensuite shower, with power and rainfall shower. There is plenty of outside space and a gas BBQ for your use. There are also bicycles and an all weather tennis courts guest can use, please ask.
