Lovely sunny property 2 mins walk to the sea where there is great fishing and diving. Great decks for relaxing the sun. Property has a queen sized bed and child sized bunk bed in the bedroom. Please note bunks are suitable for children only. Lounge has pull out double sofa bed. This property can sleep 4 adults and 2 children. Guests will need to provide their own sheets, pillow slips and towels. Blankets and duvets provided.

Newly built 3 bedroom house located in Cape Palliser, in a small quiet settlement with 4 other properties. Our section is still under development. Only a 2 minute walk to the ocean across the road, which has a great diving spot with paua, crayfish, and kina. Great local fishing spots at Turners Bay & Whāngaimoana or a 30min drive to Lake Ferry. 15min drive from Pirinoa & 10min to the Ngawi township.
