Originally a coach house "Avoca", is over one hundred years old. Nowadays, it offers a homely and comfortable base from which to enjoy a peaceful, "old worldly" break away in West Clare. Situated in Carraigaholt village on Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way ,"Avoca" is a stones throw from pubs, restaurants, shops, and beach. Proximity to Loop Head makes for a cyclists haven, whilst a variety of walks - beach, countryside and cliffs abound. "Avoca" offers a unique experience of Irish rural life.

The Boat House with beach access

A slice of heaven in West Clare, with direct access to the beach. Dubbed "The Boat House", the building was previously used for housing boating equipment until being converted into a cosy seafront home in 2022.
