This 1928 coal miner's home feels a little like going to Grandma's house. It is localed on a quiet street with pretty views from the hill behind the house. Helper's Historic downtown is an approx 1/4 mile walk to the east (down the historic staircase, under the freeway tunnel & over the swinging bridge). The town is filled with character & history. It is a great stay for a small family or a romantic getaway for a couple looking to recharge. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a small fee.

Boulderhaven is located in a half a block from Main street in Huntington, Utah. We think you will have a peaceful feeling here. It is centrally located for all your outdoor adventure activities. There are also amenities such as a mercantile-type store that basically has "everything", and a Mexican "dive" cafe. Everyone loves staying at My Grandma's House! A full renovation in 2025 has brought this sweet little house back into the 21st century even though it was built nearly 100 years ago. This was literally my great grandma's house, and I've loved reviving it into a special place to host the wonderful people that come to Orangeville to visit family, climb our amazing sandstone boulders up Joe's Valley, play on the beautiful San Rafael Swell nearby, or for whatever reason brings you here.

The Miner's Cottages in Historic Helper, Utah were built in 1911 to house miners from 27 different countries.
