The downstairs apartment is available for AirBnB guests. Our home is on the lake in the Foothills of NC with water sports in our back yard. Great atmosphere, views, lake, and R&R. The apartment includes one bedroom (1 king size bed, 1 queen foam mattress), a living room, an entertainment area with pool table and darts. It also has a full private bath. The apartment steps out onto a private lower deck overlooking the lake. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business people, and families.

There are great parks & lakes to explore. (Boat launch is 4 miles away). Check out a local winery/brewery. The Blue Ridge parkway is a short drive & absolutely breathtaking.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Secluded home yet close to town. Nestled in a quiet cove right off the main channel on Lake Hickory. It has a heated indoor pool so even in the winter time you can enjoy the water with view of the lake. There is a dock as well. So if you happen to want to enjoy the lake, you can. The house has its own boat ramp so if you want to bring your own boat you can. If not there are places to rent them from. Hope you come and enjoy our piece of paradise.

There is a full laundry, dedicated den / office with walk-in closet. Queen bed in the master with twin beds in the second bedroom. Enjoy the large front porch with porch swing and sidewalk access.

We live in historic downtown Hickory. You will have your own private space located in the back of our home. It is a studio with a kitchenette. No stove/oven and only a beverage fridge. Adjoining your studio is an un air conditioned game room with pool table/ping pong and workout equipment. We have an outdoor shared space with a grill and fireplace. We also have a super cute golden doodle named Louis, who might be inside the fenced area. Please keep all fence gates locked.
