Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. The owner, Tracy, stays in the rv when there are guests. RV sits 120’ from house (not garage). RV blinds closed & respect guests privacy at all times.
