Είναι ενα σπίτι 50τμ μέσα στα ελεόδεντρα και είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ότι χρειάζεται και είναι απαραίτητο για τη διαμονή. Είναι μέσα στο πράσινο και στα λουλούδια, εχει μεγάλη πισίνα και έχει και παιδική πισίνα. Απέχει λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη παραλία και από το κέντρο των Χανίων 20 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνιτο.
