It is just minutes from the freeway, the hospital, the university, several parks, and lots of restaurants and shopping. There is plenty of room for your family to sleep and be comfortable, along with an open floor plan with a large kitchen and dining/family area. Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Welcome to Fourty Winks we live in a quiet neighborhood. This is a 1 bedroom unit with a fold out couch. There is a beautiful park with an awesome playground 1 block away. The mall , best eateries & store are 2 mins. away. You have access to board/card games and toys for little ones. You will be on the lower unit with egress windows so plenty of natural sunlight, your hosts live above. We are Jim&Celeste and are retired, and our goal is to make sure you have anything you need .
