Come experience your Acadia in a freshly updated 125 year old Acadian 1910 homestead on a 2 acre property on St Mary’s Bay. Enchanting ocean sunsets, salty breezes and local culture. The Cove House is perfect for multiple families and pet friendly. Walk across the street at low tide to walk the ocean floor, dig for clams, search for treasures, take in the farmers market, Friday night seafood suppers at Beaux Vendredis, walk the 5k wharf, enjoy the lighthouse view from the porch couch. You also have to option to check out the lighthouse that was originally built in 1859 or the fisherman’s memorial located on the same grounds! In the rural Acadian community of Clare, you will find our fully equipped, recently updated, 1 bedroom + loft A-Frame style chalet sitting on a quiet lake. The beautiful view can be enjoyed from wall to wall windows, wrap around deck, or while sitting in the hot tub. Loft: 1 king & 1 single bed - excellent for traveling with children. Downstairs bedroom: 1 queen bed. Living room: double pull out sofa & futons. We live next door so let us know if anything is missing during your stay!

Cottage includes 1 Queen bed, 1 Double bed, and a pull-out sofa bed. Prior to your arrival we will send you detailed directions as you will travel roughly 8km on maintained dirt roads. We live on the same lake so we won't be far if you need anything.
