Beautiful, refreshing Sydenham Lake is steps from the cottage and the water is very deep off the dock so jump right in!! or fish, paddleboard, snorkel, paddle boat, canoe, whatever calls to you! Cottage is a 20 min walk to the town of Sydenham (which has a sandy public beach, boat launch, LCBO, Foodland, etc.) and 20 min drive to Kingston.

Charming 3-bedroom Shore Side cottage

Inside this cottage you will find three bedrooms. One with two twin beds, another is located on a screened in porch with a twin. The master is a king bed with an amazing view of the mighty St Lawrence River. The screened in porch is an amazing place to have dinner and watch the sunset. There is plenty of seating out on the deck. Gas grill is there for your use. There is another cottage in close proximity, there may be people around the driveway and dock area. We do allow pets there is a fee:

After a long day of ice fishing or snowmobiling, arrive home to warm up by the gas fireplace. Room to sleep 6-10. 3 bedrooms, 2 futons, & 2 sleeper sofas.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Come relax in Buck Bay. Our family cottage is situated right on the water in a private, peaceful bay with beautiful views. We are accessible only by private boat or water taxi, about 4 miles from Clayton, NY & Gananoque, Ontario. The house is perfect for 4 adults and 2-4 children or young adults. Recently updated furniture & linens, washer, dryer and more! The boathouse has about 4-8 feet of water depth and room for 2 boats. There is a swim float 30’ from shore. @buckbay.stay

Cabin has electricity, heater, mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee (Keurig), dishes, bedding provided and propane BBQ. Just bring your food, special beverages, and relax. Pets stay free.
