Perfect for couples or large groups, our property features an additional dry lodging cabin you can add to your booking based on your party’s needs. We don’t double book, so when you book, the whole property is yours to enjoy! The river is a great for swimming in July/August. Before this date, it’s too deep. Enjoy a backyard bonfire in the summer or drive the 9 mile stretch to ski Schweitzer mountain in the winter. This is a cozy space with all the amenities you will need. 5 min walk to restaurants, city beach, boat and kayak rentals. Sandpoint offers coffee houses and amazing shopping . The little Gem will fit 2 adults and a child comfortably. But there is only a Queen bed and a comfy chair.

Small yard, patio with a grill, at least one garage parking space available and plenty of additional parking on a concrete pad as well as space for parking or turning a boat or camper. Full kitchen with gas stove and oven. We are 15 minutes north of Sandpoint; 30 minutes to Schweitzer; 45 minutes to Silverwood.

You will be staying in our Guest 14ft Yurt located on 13 acres of birch groves. Our location is about 20 minutes to the base of Schweitzer and town. The Guest Yurt comes complete with queen bed, two burner stove, small fridge, desk, and wood fire. Bring your slippers! Winter time conditions could require 4 wheel drive or AWD when the snow is present.

The Selkirk Flat

The Selkirk Flat is cozy for any couple! With the North Idaho views and the comfortable amenities, this flat is the perfect get-way. It is pet friendly ($20 pet fee) with a fenced kennel and doggy door for easy access. Being next to state land provides lots of room to explore! Steep driveway, 4 wheel drive /All wheel drive required in the winter.
