With inverter solar power backups load sheddings impact is in most cases largely eliminated!. Easy access to M13 and N3. Regrettably unsuitable for social events & parties.

Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. Casa Seaview is on Baggies Beach, close to all amenities. An excellent apartment for the Business person or Holiday makers. Pick 'n Pay Winklespruit and Checkers Seadoone is just a short drive away. The Galleria shopping centre a mere 5.6 km away. The apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids.
