The Koselig Condo

Koselig"(Norwegian) = Cozy (English). Sitting at the base of the Cuchara Mountain Park with hiking, skiing, sledding, and snowshoeing outside the door. The Mil

Come relax at a home away from home in our quaint mother-in-law suite. (The Mil) The space accommodates 2 comfortably. There is a kitchen space equipped with hot plate, microwave and toaster oven where you can air fry, grill, bake, etc. There is a mini fridge available for use and all the basics to cook a meal. A bedroom area with queen bed and full bathroom. Living room can second as additional sleeping area. Sitting outside on the patio you have a great view of the Spanish peak mountains.

Perhaps your group is staying in our 3/2 on the same property, & you prefer a private getaway that’s not too far away. Check out our cozy little guest apartment with basic amenities such as a hot shower, filtered drinking water, a small kitchenette, dishes, TV, computer monitor, & wifi. Nothing too fancy, but in a safe, beautiful location just off Hwy 12 in Cuchara.
