Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

Villa ima prekrasan vrt te veliki travnjak za igru i zabavu (trampolin , nogometni golovi). Villa je pažljivo namještena , kvalitetnim namještajem te velika pažnja posvećena detaljima. Ova se vila nalazi u malom selu Golubovo, nedaleko od Bala i Barbarige. Lokacija je idealna za pravi obiteljski odmor, a prekrasna priroda i plaže udaljeni su samo nekoliko kilometara, a za oko 20 minuta vožnje automobilom možete posjetiti veće gradove: Rovinj i Pulu. Vila može primiti 9 osoba, u prizemlju ove toplo namještene vile nalazi se dnevni boravak s kuhinjom i kaminom, kao i spavaća soba i kupaonica, dok su ostale sobe i kupaonice na katu kuće.

Uz osnovni objekat nalazi se i pomoćni objekat sa ognjištem i mjestom za zabavu (biljarski stol i stol za stolni nogomet). U osnovnom objektu nalaze se tri spavaće sobe, dva kupatila, velika dnevna soba i kuhinja. Na raspolaganju su i dvije uređene natkrivene terase.
