This is a lovely and welcoming apartment with a patio in the center of Florence, 2 + 2 beds, and is newly renovated. It is located on the ground floor (no stairs) of a characteristic building in the district of Santa Croce, in the heart of the historic center. It was renovated by the owner, an architect with twenty years of experience, who wanted to preserve and enhance the features and characteristics typical of an ancient Florentine house: wooden beams, antique portico with stone column and brick arches. It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with dining area and relaxation area, a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a French double bed and separated by curtains, a private courtyard with a fountain, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment gets great sunlight and is very quiet because it overlooks the private courtyard. It is warm in winter and cool in summer and equipped with every comfort: independent heating, air conditioning, free wifi internet access, books, magazines, tourist guides in Italian, English, French, German, and maps. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including coffee, oil, salt, sugar, and a large selection of teas. Dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment just went through a complete renovation and was furnished to high standards to create a beautiful, inviting and comfortable space. The huge apartment has three separate bedrooms, a separate living room and a separate dining area and a fully featured kitchen. It also has two full bathrooms. You will also find two balconies one with a direct view to the Grand Synagogue the other looking directly to a tranquil inner garden. The main bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed and has direct views to the World famous Dohany Street Grand Synagogue. This room also has a french balcony so you can fully take in this spectacular view. The second bedroom has also view to the Grand Synagogue and uniquely this has two separate, comfortable double bed. The third bedroom is looking to the garden and it is coming with a fold able couch that makes a double bed when unfolded. All bedrooms has of course plenty of space for your belongings. In the center of the apartment you find the living room and entertainment area with a grand and comfortable sofa and two armchairs. This place is perfect for a get together or to have a movie night as this area is also equipped with a flat screen TV. The dining and kitchen area faces the tranquil inner garden and also has a full balcony that can be a perfect venue for a little relaxing or even for a special dinner for two. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you might need to create even the most sumptuous dinner or lunch for up to eight people. The apartment has two completely separate full bathroom. One with a bath tub while the other with a shower. We provide an extensive guide both to the apartment and the neighborhood with a map of the best places (there are a lot) to visit personally selected and introduced by me, with plenty of photos! We also welcome each and every guest personally and answer all their question they might have. We are available all day long and answer very quickly to each questions. Head out on Karoly Avenue, which starts at the building, and in almost any direction, to come to the best-known city-center sights in minutes. Catch the trolley car that stops on the doorstep to reach the City Park, Zoo, and Szechenyi Thermal Bath. If you want to venture further than the regular attractions then the area has excellent public transportation connections. Deak Ferenc Square that is about a 3 minutes walk is a major subway hub with stops to all three metro lines and several bus and tram lines. Stop to Metro line 2 on Astoria is within a 2 minutes walk. Astoria has also stops to several bus and tram lines taking you all directions in Budapest. Stop to the 24/7 tram line 4 and 6 that is going across central Budapest is within a 6 minutes walk. Karoly korut (Charles Avenue) also has stops to several trams and buses.

We are always free if you have any questions and close by if you need anything. The apartment is a block from the iconic Andrassy Avenue and Heroes Square. It's a 20-minute walk to the Jewish Quarter, well-known for its vibrant nightlife, hip coffee shops, and cool restaurants. The building is right in front of a trolleybus station from where there are buses going in every 4 minutes towards the Parliament (15 minutes ride). Erzsébet Körút is either 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes ride with the trolleybus, from there you can take the tram 4-6 which is the busiest tram-line in Budapest operating 24/7 which takes you pretty much all around the city center. Keleti Railway Station is also a 8 minutes walk or 3 minutes ride with the trolleybus (78) to the other direction, from there you can take the subway M3 and M4. The surrounding streets offer a lot of free parking premises, also it's really safe to leave your car there even for a longer time.

It is a 2 floors apartment at the last floor of a mid 20th century building right outside the historical city center: at the first floor there are the bedrooms (a Suite and a second bedroom) the bathroom and a wardrobe room. The Suite is introduced by an elegant living area with a separè industry in glass and iron dividing it from the double bedroom with balcony and fireplace. The second bedroom has a big wardrobe with mirrors, a fine couch and twin beds to be disposed at one's will. Through an elegant white marble staircase we have access to the brand new rooftop kitchen and the wide terrace with a view on the hills sorrounding Florence and spots of the old buildings of the historic center. The apartment is entirely reserved to our guests, access to it is by the staircase or by elevator with private access to the floor. The rooftop terrace is only for our guests with sole access from inside the apartment by a staircase. At the same floor in a separate flat live the owners, always ready to help! The owner lives next door and is always available if needed. Chez Geraldine is an apartment just outside the historical center. It’s predominantly a residential district, but the cathedral, Galleria dell'Accademia, and Piazza San Marco are a 15-minute walk away. Food stores, restaurants, and bars are close by.
