"Our Place"

"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

Peaceful Cabin Near National Monument and Downtown

Peaceful and airy, our centrally located cabin feels remote, but is just minutes from downtown Grand Junction amenities. Biker/Hiker Dream Location: 5 min drive to Lunch Loops mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 min bike ride from the driveway onto Little Park Rd, 13 minute drive to Bang's Canyon Trailhead. 5 min drive to yoga studio, groceries, and coffee. Cleanliness is our #1 priority! Bright and intentionally furnished with decor by local artists, our heart has gone into every detail.

Wild Horses-Mtn Bike-Ski-Hike-Hot Tub

This stylish place is perfect! Peaceful, spacious, family & pet friendly. Nestled in a quiet little mtn town, the gateway to Grand Mesa with a wild horse herd in its "backyard", near Powderhorn skiing, world class bike trails and wine tasting. The cottage was built right after The Depression but before WWII-a unique architectural "moment in time" It's been lovingly restored and still has many original features like the 1941 Montgomery Wards Catalog kitchen cabinets. We have fiber optic wifi.

Downtown Launchpad for your Colorado Adventures!

Come experience a cozy, modernized historic home located in the growing and gritty mixed industrial/commercial/residential community near downtown Grand Junction, just blocks away from the Riverfront and Las Colonias Park. This convenient location does mean you will hear the TRAIN. However, 99+% of our guests don't even mention it (see our reviews)! No pets allowed. The house sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning gym.

Enjoy Grand Junction in our newly renovated modern apartment. Centrally located with only a short walk to Main Street's many great restaurants! Our favorites are Bin 707, Il Bistro Italiano, Cafe Sol, Dream Cafe, and Pablo's Pizza. GJ's Lunch Loop trails are only a 10 minute ride away. Redlands Tiny Home

A newly renovated tiny home in beautiful Redlands CO. Min away from Tabeguache trail head, the entrance to the National Monument, Handlebar restaurant, and downtown Grand Junction. One bedroom with a full size bed, one bathroom with shower, and small kitchenette with hot plate. We allow dogs for a fee but limit them to 1 per visit. We do not allow any other animals. Our Dream Ranch Guest Home

Our Dream Ranch sits on 70 gorgeous acres with room to hike to the Colorado River that borders our property. Relax at the stocked fishing pond or have a fire in our firepit. Golfing right across the road. Activity Center within 2 miles. Ski Resorts 45 minutes away. Very quiet and peaceful. You can bring horses for an additional fee of $20.00/horse/limit 2 horses. We have turn out available.

Sleeping accommodations are 1 queen bed separate but not private from living room area and sofa bed. Sofa pillows remove to become "twin" size bed Suitable for 3 adults max or 2 adults 2 children. Not suitable for toddlers.
