I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

Kick back and relax in our cozy cabin. Built in 2021 and decorated with love to make you feel at home in the woods! This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, with dozens of chickens and a large garden. This quiet oasis is located within the city of Spearfish. We have another rental on the property that was built by Cappie, co-host of Building Outside the Lines on Magnolia Network, as his own residence. This adorable off-grid cottage is handmade, from the bespoke front door to the custom 2-headed shower.
