Das Haus liegt ca.1.5 km ausserhalb von Stoupa, am Berghang, mit grossen Terrassen und fantastischer Aussicht.Da die einspurige Zufahrtsstrasse teilweise recht steil hinaufführt, ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Die Liegenschaft besteht aus dem Haupthaus (4 Pers.) und einem freistehendem Gästehaus für 2 Pers., (30 Euro zusätzlich) Das Haupthaus hat ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad, Wohnraum mit Küche und offener, niedriger Galerie mit Bettsofa für 2 Pers.(nur für grössere Kinder oder Teenager geeignet)

The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
