This modern studio is arranged in a comfortable and practical manner. Double bed invites for a good night’s sleep, the built-in wardrobe provides plenty of storage space and a working desk helps to stay productive and organized. The separate bathroom with a shower features hand towels, a hair dryer.The kitchenette consists of an electric kettle, coffee machine, fridge and microwave. A full meal can be prepared in the shared kitchen with numerous cooking stations located on the 7th floor.

The detached (free standing) house is in a quiet location in Zurich Seebach, the city center easily reachable by public transport or car. The house has a large private garden, 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Private parking for one car is included. Public bus stop, grocery stores and restaurants all are less than 5 mins by foot. A fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, cable TV as well as washing machine and dryer are available and free of charge. Smoking is only permitted outside of the house.

Im Bauernhaus, im anderen Teil, ist auch mein Zuhause und über dem Studio ist meine Keramikwerkstatt. Das Studio verfügt über einen separaten Eingang. Die Unterkunft eignet sich für kurze sowie längere Aufenthalte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe.

It will be fully refunded if all house rules are respected and the property is left in good condition. ​Gelegen im ländlichen Hochfelden, erreichen Sie den Flughafen Zürich mit dem Auto in 15 und die City in 40 Minuten. Alternativ fährt regelmässig ein Bus zum Bahnhof Bülach. Von dort gibt es direkte Verbindungen nach Zürich und an den Flughafen (ca. 45min Reisezeit). Für eine komfortablere An- und Abreise biete ich zudem einen kostenpflichtigen Shuttleservice zum Flughafen Zürich und City.
