The area is perfect for walking, cycling and horse riding and is 4 miles from Avon Beach and mudeford quay.

The Annex is bright, comfortable and cosy with a wood burner for winter. The public footpath crossing our garden next to the river Char links with many others - great for dog walkers. We are close to Charmouth beach and Lyme Regis – renowned for their fossil treasures. Love swimming? our freshwater pool is generally heated to a very cosy 29 - 30 degrees (warm bath temperature) and can be used from April to October With advance notice, the twin beds can be connected to form a king size bed

Our house is a homely spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained holiday property on the Dorset / Wiltshire border. Ideal for both families and small groups of friends.There is ample off road parking in front of the property. Sitting and eating areas on the veranda and a large lawn for children to run and play. The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The location provides excellent transport links to surrounding local attractions including The Jurassic Coast - a World Heritage Site.
