It’s a 200sqm loft with 2 bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), 2 bathrooms (both downstairs), a spacious terrace and 2 balconies. It's full of light and space for up to 4 people. You can park your car in our private parking space and take the elevator to the rooftop. The spacious terrace is ideal to relax after a long day and enjoy a bottle of wine while overlooking the Downtown skyline!

Contemporary apartment built over the ruins of a 18th century house, with inner space feeling and the original building thick stone walls. Ideally located near the Douro river, still within Porto Unesco area and a 15/20mins walk to its magnificient historical heritage center, but also from the city seaside Foz district, with its beautiful promenade avenues, parks and wonderful beaches, just a 30mins walk. Public buses, historical tram stops and nearest metro station just 10/15 mins away.
