The Beach House with hot tub is newly constructed, located on the Wenatchee River in Leavenworth, WA. The beach is a rare find with a swimming area in July & August. Book a tubing trip at our beach with OspreyRafting or get your ski & snowboard rentals on site with Osprey Ski Shop.There is a covered hot tub and BBQ enclosing the lawn with river views. The interior is an open floor plan with a cozy fireplace, vaulted ceilings, granite counters. There are 2 bedrooms & 2 futons in the common area.

A 70 yard walk down a hill to your own private space makes you feel at home. During winter you may want winter boots. Only a 5 mile drive to Leavenworth. Twenty minute drive to Wenatchee.
