Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.

Alnwick Glamping Pods

This stylish Pod is perfectly positioned above Edlingham Vale, with the Simonside hills beyond. Deep in the heart of North Northumberland, amenities in Alnwick and activities are just a 10 minute drive away. Next to the Pod, there is parking for 2 cars. Our Pod overlooks the hilltop Farm Steading of Overthwarts, giving panoramic views of the countryside. With your own private gated entrance, you can come and go as you please or enjoy the views from the comfort of the wood fired Kirami hot tub.

The Blacksmith’s Shop

Newly converted detached cottage (which was historically the Blacksmith’s shop) situated on our working farm. Adults only, one king sized bedroom with bath, shower room and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The perfect place to explore the hills, castles and beaches of north Northumberland. Situated in a quiet courtyard in the borders town of Coldstream. Ideal for walkers, golfers, fishing or just visiting the historic Scottish borders. Only 4 miles from Flodden battlefield, Kelso 10 miles Berwick 14 miles, Edinburgh less than an hour away. 2 Local pubs to chose from all within 5 minutes walk. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers. The price includes airbnb's charges which I can do nothing about, we charge £70 per night the rest is airbnb commission.

Ray Bells Cottage, Charming Romantic Cottage for 2

This charming one bedroom cottage is tucked away with its own private woodland garden. A beautiful traditional stone built cottage with slate roof. The cottage sits in the heart of the historic Hirsel Estate, close to the Hirsel Lake and the Hirsel Homestead where you will find a cafe and farmshop, a pottery, glass workshop and artist studio as well as a museum. Way marked walks are available throughout the Estate.

A luxurious Shepherds Hut for two on the outskirts of the vibrant cobbled market town of Kelso. (one mile) We are lucky to be in a tranquil spot but in close proximity of A roads. Guests have their private dining area in which to enjoy the open valley view. Including picnic bench and two sun loungers. Lovely walks nearby and on and off road biking including a disused railway line.
