You will have this space only for you. Sandy beach is in around 7 min walking distance, local grocery store 3 min. You are able to use the garden and barbecue place, swings and sand box. You will be the only guests, owner using 2nd floor rarely. !Pets are not allowed!

A relatively new two storied house in the middle of a nature park, three kilometers from pristine beaches of Baltic Sea, 16 km from Cape Kolka and 56 km from Ventspils port. Next to fishing village of Mazirbe and nearby store. All amenities included [flush toilet,shower,kitchen], plenty of free parking. Mushroom and wild berry cornucopia and superlative hiking trails.
