Welcome to our cozy all-season cottage in Winnipeg Beach - just one block from the beach and marina. Enjoy the lakeside community while staying at our stylishly-finished three bedroom, one bathroom retreat, featuring a wood-burning stove, streaming-only smart TV, in-ceiling speakers, high-speed Internet, fully-stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom with heated tile floors, large walk-in shower, and washer and dryer. This modern cottage was designed for a large family or for two families to share. 3 bedroom, 2 bath including a bunk room for the kids and a mudroom with built in kennels and a dog bath. The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests (unless extreme temperatures). Enjoy relaxing in a screened gazebo, bbq dining on the large sunny deck, or enjoying an evening around the firepit. The cottage is wifi-enabled with Roku TV, a full kitchen and linens.
