It is walking distance to Saltburn’s beautiful beach and quirky town centre and an easy drive to get to the North Yorkshire Moors and the Tees Valley. PET OWNERS PLEASE NOTE: - You are welcome to bring dogs, but please be aware: there are small gaps in the bottom of the garden fence so it is not fully secure for small dogs. There is a small pond also.

Hillfoot Cottage is a cosy and comfortable 350 yr old cottage which began life as a pig sty in the quiet country village of Yearby, near Redcar. Offering peace and tranquility with local walks on your doorstep. Located a short drive to the seaside town of Redcar and Market town of Guisborough, within 1/2 hours drive to the North York Moors National Park and Whitby and within 1 hours drive to the Yorkshire Dales. An abundance of wild birds are to be found in the gardens of our cottage.

Relax with the whole family at our delightful house just a short walk from miles of unspoilt beach. Beachcomber has been lovingly renovated to provide a comfortable and cozy home from home. There are two double bedrooms with king-size beds, a room with bunks and two single sofa-beds in a room that can be a bedroom but otherwise is a peaceful second living room. There are two bathrooms, both with stand-alone showers and one with a large sunken bath. There is also a toilet downstairs.

You will find a Guest Information booklet on top of the fridge in the kitchen with lots of useful information and there are plenty of leaflets of things to do and see in the surrounding areas - please take a look!!!!
