Located on the first floor with two terraces; one 800 m2 (shared) with BBQ, sunbeds, and small groups of tables and chairs, the other one (private) pointing towards south with an electric awning. The location is directly at a shopping street with lots of bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops. The closest super market is on the ground floor of the building.
