Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Studio near east beach making it easy to walk over and have yourself a beach day. If your looking to hit the downtown area then you could walk the beach there, would take about 30 minutes or a few minute drive. Zoo nearby, east beach volley ball courts nearby!

Simple studio space located near East Beach and the Rainbow arch. Great location to walk around or hangout at the beach, if you're looking to go downtown its about a 30 minute walk to lower state street or the pier area along the beach or a quick drive.

Enjoy a peaceful respite amidst the trees and birds in this unique garden setting. Quiet large open space, olive orchard. Sorry no Wi-Fi. Private setting while close to downtown, mountain trails and beaches.

Newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, located only a couple blocks away from the beach. Quick drive to funk zone, pier or main downtown area. Alternatively walk along the beach to the same area.
