The grounds include a formal, walled garden & a fruit tree orchard at just under an acre, that runs down to farmland with uninterrupted views up to the Purbeck hills.

The annexe is part of our main house although completely self contained and therefore you may occasionally be aware of the normal sounds of family life

This is one of 2 huts each with off road parking and shared access path down steps to private facilities. Next to our garden and our neighbours. All of which are family homes. A fully self contained hut including a double bed, kitchen with multi cooker, wood burner and en-suite bathroom including hot shower and state of the art composting toilet. Small enclosed garden.
