The flat has one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a lounge with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV and Wi-Fi. The flat is on the ground floor, has free street parking out front and a patio garden.

Grove Park is a leafy enclave tucked away in Toxteth, next to the Georgian Quarter. 5 minutes from town and the famous Sefton Park. On nearby Lark Lane there are a plethora of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy. The annexe has a bed that can be used as a super king or it unzips into two single beds. There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.

The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 20 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.

Slip away from the noise and into your own little world in a cozy retreat made for two! Tucked just far enough from the bustle to feel private; yet close enough for spontaneous adventures! There are good public transport links in easy reach making for a convenient commute into the city which is only 1.5 miles away! Within a 5 minute walk there is a renowned food market, a large park, a gym and a supermarket!

Also located next to stunning Sefton Park which is perfect for relaxing walks and an ice cream next to the lake. Full access to living space and kitchen. Very relaxed atmosphere, if you have questions just ask.

15 minute drive to Liverpool & Anfield Stadium

My house is about 15/20 minutes away from the city centre by bus and a short taxi drive to Anfield football stadium. Please note I am not in the city centre and there is a map showing where my house roughly is when you are looking at the location. Couples often come to explore Liverpool or watch a football match but anyone is welcome and I hope you will love my city as much as I do!
