The Berghüttli: Glowing Swiss Hut in the Forest

The Berghüttli ("little mountain hut") is a Swiss-inspired hut and farm stay surrounded by National Forest in Goshen, VT (pop. 168). A completely private escape—no other structures in sight, just woods and quiet. Inside, a wall of windows brings the forest right up to you, while glowing maple plywood fills the space with warm light. High-speed fiber internet runs a reliable 300 Mbps. NOTE:This is my home but I will not be here during your stay. Cozy queen bedroom and pullout couch inside John’s Powder Pad — the perfect home base for skiers and travelers! Enjoy the entire place with a kitchen, on-site parking, washer/dryer, Nespresso coffee, fire pit (you have to supply your own wood), and a locals’ guidebook to Wallingford and Rutland. Close to Okemo (23 min), Killington (33 min), Bromley (35 min), and Stratton (47 min). Summer: 1 mile from Lake Elfin

River House Apartment - Dog friendly

Entire downstairs of a house with one double bed. There is nice bathroom with shower. There is a microwave, coffee, massage chair, outdoor grill and picnic table. Internet and cable provided with fire stick for the TV. Fire pit and hot tub are shared by other guests. Up to three and all size dogs or pets are allowed and welcome. The three acres has a lovely place for them to run and has been sprayed for ticks and mosquitos. Please note: key replacement $30 if lost or taken

Granville NY has a large grocery store and other shops and is only a 15 min. drive.
