The Highland Hideaway (with Highland cows!)

The Highland Hideaway is a perfect place for the whole family to relax and enjoy. A small herd of Highland cows live here. A wet-weather creek is just behind the house, with a rock bluff and fire pit. There is a foos ball table and massage chair for your enjoyment after a day of hiking. The Hideaway is located 3 miles from Carver Landing. You'll be within easy access to SO MANY gorgeous places, including the national park. There is a second home on the property that can also be booked.

Center point trail, Compton trailhead, hideout hollow trailhead, hawksbill trail and more! Ponca and Boxely are close and highway 43 where you can watch Elk! Soak in our new hot tub too!!

Float, fish, or swim the Buffalo River and be within minutes of your cabin. Our cabin connects to the Buffalo National Forest which offers some of the best hunting and hiking around. Branson Missouri is 45 minutes away with many things to see and do like Silver Dollar City, Shows, and many lakes.
