The historic, Art Deco and Bauhaus related building, with it’s elegant marble foyer and spacious apartments is located next to Kolonaki and Exarchia. It was build in 1937 by the shipping magnate family Livanos for their own use. It’s close to every public transport (buses, metro, train), easy access to the city’s main attractions. You can find a supermarket in 100m walk and a bakery with the most delicious bread of the area under our building.
