Our house is perfectly situated for visiting all that Exeter has to offer. It sits just below the old city wall across the road from the River Exe, a short walk from the centre with shops, eateries and historic features. Use the Miller's Crossing footbridge opposite, and stroll along the river to the old Quay. There is a rear garden and - a real bonus - a designated parking space in a private car park behind the house. Please note: we have not raised our price; it now includes Airbnb fees.

Guests can check themselves in via private entrance with keypad smartlock. Kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has separate shower and bath. Bedroom has comfortable double bed and living space two quality sofa beds can be easily converted to additional single and small double beds. Reliable high speed internet for smart TV streaming or work in separate workspace.

We have a small quirky and historic detached property located in the St Thomas area of Exeter, perfect for one or two guests. Wi-Fi, lounge TV with Firestick & bedroom TV with Chromecast. City centre studio flat in Georgian town house.

Comfortable self contained city accommodation with own private entrance, kitchen and shower room. Only a short walk from Exeter St Davids and Central railway station, city centre shopping, bars, restaurants and Exeter university. The apartment is in an ideal location to discover Exeter and offers a relaxing space to explore from. The Studio space is one room with a double bed and sofa bed. There is unfortunately no private parking but Bystock car park two mins away is free overnight .

This Grade II listed building is perfectly placed for all central Exeter has to offer, whilst also being tucked away. You can explore Exeter’s history, visit the Cathedral, Underground passages or go on a guided tour with Exeter Red Coats. There is plenty of shopping to do, whether that be the big brands located in Princesshay or independent boutiques located in Gandy Street and Fore Street. There is also a multitude of places to eat from the bigger chains to local independents.

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

Beautiful boutique guest suite in 200 year old Georgian home peacefully located on a private road. You will have your own self contained lower ground floor flat with its own entrance, kitchen, shower room, lounge and king size bedroom. Perfect location and only a short drive to town and the M5. Free off road parking. Bus stop is a few minutes walk away. Use it as a base to explore the rest of Devon including the stunning coastline and breath taking Dartmoor National Park.

The Loft, Uni & City centre 5 minutes Free parking

7 minutes walk to City Centre/ University Campus. A wonderful spot right in the centre of Exeter. It’s a charming “tiny house” which is completely independent of the main house with its own parking spot. The upstairs bedroom/living area is delightful - you look out onto the garden on all sides. It’s a very quiet location but only a few minutes stroll to the university, city centre, cathedral and canal. Reclaimed wooden floors throughout and a super comfortable double bed.
