Very large lot at end of private drive, very quite and close to nature. Perfect location for fishing, kayaking. Wateree Creek landing is just across from us so easy to put in if you have your own boat. Water is shallow but perfect for pontoon or small boats. Note: Starting November 2022 Duke Power will be lowering the lake level for maintenance on the dam.
