This cozy guesthouse is less than 5 minutes away from Georgetown, near the beach, fish fry and close to essential amenities including grocery stores, restaurants, bank and liquor stores. "Monkey Sea, 1 & 2" is located on the Queens Highway, on Three Sisters Beach, 5 min. from the airport and 15 min. to the Georgetown itself, in the area of Mount Thompson. (The pin Google places us it at is not across from Jolly Hall, it’s actually across from Three Sisters beach. As there are no formal addresses on the island, the “pin” cannot be moved.) There are 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor and the kitchen and living area upstairs.

Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or planning a trip for the entire family, our amazing beach villas are just what you're looking for. Surrounded by a private beach, you can wake up to the sound of therapeutic waves. The bedrooms are equipped with king/queen sized beds on the second floor and a queen-size pull-out couch downstairs. The villas are equipped with A/C, WIFI, Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, along with a patio area with grill for outside dining.

Welcome to the Sea-Garden. A super comfortable studio that has everything you will need for your visit to Exuma. Only 3 min walk to the beach and to the restaurant/bar Splash that is open 7 days a week for all meals. The Sea-Garden provides a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and floating chairs for you to enjoy at the beach. It is very quiet and easy to access from where you park. Just a few feet! I also own the Sea-Lily on the beach side and the Sea-View.

Carl’s home is less than 3 minutes away from Exuma International Airport, centrally located on the island of Exuma off Queen’s Highway, Breezy Street. It is approximately 15 minutes drive to George Town. It is a two bedroom, one bath house that accommodates 4 adults fully furnished, air conditioned, ceiling fans, overlooking miles of white sandy beach and turquoise waters.
