The kitchenette has fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, & electric hot plate. Through the window you’ll see the rustic playhouse & gazebo. The bathroom with shower is sparkly clean. Come relax in our PNW getaway. We're private homeowners offering a 2 bdrm apartment w/ full kitchen & laundry. Animal lovers will enjoy visiting our chickens & friendly dwarf goats. If it's relaxation you're after, our acre+ is perfect for a yoga or meditation session. Enjoy a yoga mat & walking pad in your guest suite. At night, relax around the bonfire & look at the stars. 5 minutes from I-5 & 10 minutes from downtown Tacoma, you'll feel worlds away from the hustle & bustle of the city.

Welcome to the historic Nyholm Guesthouse, this is the first house ever built in Edgewood by Peter Nyholm in the year 1900. We sit on a 3/4 acre gated property surrounded by maple, fir, and pine trees. When you enter the property you feel like you have entered a hidden paradise. There is a 4 tiered pond with a bench to sit and enjoy the sounds of the water and the birds. Location is ideal for our guests with easy access to all main highways, I-5 and 167.
