The Old Manistee Lighthouse

This was the original lighthouse in Manistee Michigan. Originally built in 1873, it was later converted to the bunkhouse for the coast guard. The home was moved twice and now resides on a spacious triple lot on a dead end block. Very tastefully remodeled with very nice updates without losing the historical accents like the original bunk beds and the table and chairs from a ship in 1930. Walking distance to the beautiful beach and to downtown Manistee. All proceeds used to replace the light.

The house is steps from Manistee's beautiful 5th Avenue Beach with a snack shop and playground. Enjoy the view of the lake from one of two decks, take a stroll down the lighthouse pier, or enjoy downtown Manistee's shops and restaurants about 1.5 miles away!

This two bedroom condo is on the top floor of the Edgewater Condos in downtown Manistee. Enjoy watching boats and wildlife coming through the River Channel right outside your balcony! Easy to walk to downtown restaurants and shopping. There is an elevator for easy access to your condo. Manistee has lots of history, great restaurants and shopping right on Lake Michigan! Lots of winter activities as well as summer ones in Manistee like Little River Casino and the historic Vogue Theater.

Very clean house in quiet neighborhood on double lot. Air-conditioned, high-speed internet (350 mbps download speed) and cable TV. Excellent lighting throughout plus the main living areas face south providing good natural light for living areas.
