Close to some amazing fish and chip shops, tearooms and everything central. My place is close to the both North and South bays, Peasholme Park, beach, playgrounds, the castle. Wonderfully located on a quiet residential street. The property is the ground floor flat in a Victorian Townhouse. You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families with smaller kids, and furry friends (pets). CANNOT SLEEP 4 ADULTS, only 2 Adults and 2 Children / Teenagers. Small pets welcome - just not the sofa

The Mill House

Beautifully renovated 300 year old Mill House, cosy cottage feel on our working farm on the edge of the Wolds. A perfect cottage for two, tasteful and spacious bedroom with on suite bathroom. Snug living and dinning area with warm log effect stove, original exposed beams and all the facilities. Easy access to York, North York Moors, National Park and coast. A short drive from many wonderful attractions and activities. We are unable to take short breaks in July and August .

Garden annexe near to beach/Alpamare/eateries

The detached annexe is at the rear of our property. It has a lounge with a king size sofa bed, a single/twin room with a kitchenette and a shower room/WC. There is space in the drive for one visitor car/storage for cycles in the garage. Unfortunately it does not have a cooker but there is a 2 ring electric portable electric hob, a microwave and a slow cooker. It will usually be possible to use the oven in the bungalow by arrangement.

"THE HUT" a pleasant hide away.

"The Hut" is a garden summerhouse simply decorated with a double bed to sleep 2, it has a small kitchenette to give you independence. It is situated in an enclosed well-maintained garden, with access through the main house, with a downstairs washroom, and upstairs bathroom which are shared facilities. Seating and table in the garden so you can eat alfresco and relax in the evening.

Our beautiful family cottage is located at The Bay Holiday Village, Filey. The cottage is spacious inside and out with plenty of south facing garden area for BBQ's and relaxation. Our 3 boys love to run in the open space behind the cottage and on the beach. Miles of quiet golden sandy beaches a short walk away.
