Uncle Joe's Place is a cozy cottage that sits close to the water with views of Charleston bridge and South Slough Estuary. Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. I'm very close by if you need any assistant or have questions.

These historic cottages were built in 1910 as summer cottages and retain their original charm. There are very few of these original cottages left! Walking distance to coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, performing arts, visual arts, galleries, shopping and pubs... this place has it all! Sunsets here are breathtaking.

It’s an easy ¼ mile walk into town if you like to dine out, or want to enjoy the beach. On chillier evenings, settle in by the woodstove ( first bundle of wood is provided) with a warm beverage.

Walk to Jerry's, a friendly local pub with a pool table, juke box, full bar, and darn good food! We love the Driftwood Shores little Market & Deli for a beverage or quick bite. With the ocean, lakes, river, sand dunes and lush environment there's good reason that Florence is called "Oregon's Coastal Playground!" Need a separate workspace? We've got that too.

Or paddle west 2 miles on the Relaxed river to the ocean where you can then get out and play on the beach! Bird watch as you catch your fish. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil place.

This is the place to get away from technology and reconnect with nature. The Cottage is one of three houses on the property - only grassy areas and river bank are shared.

We love our home, and we know you will too. Seagrass is a perfect place to relax and unwind on a quick getaway or an extended stay. Bring your furry friends, DOGS only- no cats -(up to two), with our approval and a fee of $25 per pooch. Please note that in order to keep our house friendly to non-pet owners alike, we do not allow dogs on furniture.
