The home is approximately 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps (8) people comfortably. We offer complimentary kayaks for guests to use during their stay. The neighborhood is very quite, green, rustic, yet adventurous. Start the day with a nice cup of Joe/tea and end it with a cold brew by the fire.

This is a cute little Rustic one bedroom stilted house in a quiet neighborhood on the Withlacoochee River. It has a large backyard and a small dock. There is a public boat ramp about 1.4 miles down the road. There are kayaks for you to use. You may use the neighbor's beach to launch the kayaks more easily.
