The Old Stables

The old Stables is half of a newly converted cottage finished to a high standard situated within a 14 ac plot. There are two double bedrooms one with an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower wet room. River Forge is self contained detached accommodation directly on the River Avon overlooking fields, the Cathedral beyond and only a short walk to the city centre. Originally the Blacksmith's forge for the adjacent Rose and Crown inn, it has been superbly converted to provide single storey living space with open plan bedroom, lounge, dining and kitchen area with ensuite shower and toilet facilities.
