Deer roam through the gardens, and our wood burning stove makes nights in perfectly cosy. A great spot from which to explore the forest, or simply relax in comfort.

You walk out of the gate straight onto the new forest national park with lots of walking and cycling routes available.

Red Oak Barn within the New Forest National Park

Our barn is unique, rustic and quirky, being made from recycled materials, resulting in a homely atmosphere. We’re at the western side of the National Park. Access to/from London is very good. Our market town (Ringwood) is nearby, as are beaches, the Purbecks, the Jurassic Coast, and local tourist attractions. The barn is secluded and suitable for couples, families, older folk and business people. We also accept dogs, provided owners accept and adhere to our pet rules.

Attached to a beautiful farm house, and set within the New Forest National Park, the Bolt Hole offers a wonderful place to relax. Enjoy the hot tub and take in the garden and paddock views. When it is chilly, draw the curtains and light the wood burner. Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 3 minutes' drive to the wonderful New Forest. Bring your dogs & horse too! We have stables & a manege.

Secluded, tranquil conversion within Burley, New Forest. Perfect for a quick getaway into the countryside, surrounded by miles upon miles of woodland and nature 🐴 🐷 🐮. The property has direct access to the National Park via the decking and through the gate as shown in photo. Most days you’ll see them running past the gate or congregating around the area. (If early check in is required, a fee of £20 can be applied, earliest being 1pm)
