A little cabin on our property in Hither Woods. A cozy hideaway conveniently located 12 minutes walk from Gurney's Beach Resort, 16 minute walk from public path to beach, and 6 minutes drive from Montauk town for restaurants and nightlife. Good for couples and solo adventurers, the space is private and homey, with outdoor shower and Chimenea fire pit. The main house is 65ft away, but we honor your privacy. The cottage comes with WiFi, window A/C and complimentary coffee or tea. Parking for 1 car

The Getaway

Comfortable, bright, clean bedrooms with a simple chic aesthetic. Fully equipped kitchen and living space with a unique modern cabin vibe. Side porch provides great post surf/hike hang out space. 12’ picnic table for outdoor dining. Indoor dining also available. Fireplace great for cozy nights in (must be attended at all times) Well behaved pets welcome. Steps away from Solé east and Ruschmeyers, short drive to town & beaches. I’m happy to make recs to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Newly built modern and stylish home, nestled hilltop behind Fort Pond with panoramic rooftop views from the ocean to the Long Island Sound. A 15 minute walk or just a few minutes drive to town and the ocean beaches, close to Surf Lodge, Navy Beach, Duryeas, Montauket. The house has 4 beds, 3-1/2 baths, large open plan kitchen, dining, living, and a second living room / den off the downstairs deck. Outside enjoy the large gunnite pool, lawn, and wooden decks at three levels! Pool open may-Oct.

There is also A playground and basketball courts right down the hill.
