Upstairs is a covered porch with a bench, and down stairs is another covered porch with a swing and laundry room. Inside is a Queen bed, full kitchen, and a three-quarter bathroom. Pet friendly. Fire pit. This is the only house on the pond, and you will have your own dock. DISCLAIMER: THE POND IS LOW & OUT OF MY CONTROL! East Fork River, Dupont, and Pisgah Forest are nearby.

The bedrooms are smaller because of this fact but it doesn't lack in character! Circle drive around back of cottage with plenty of parking as well as private back yard. Close to everything that historic Hendersonville and Flat Rock has to offer!
