The Seamist is located on "the quietside" of the island. Six minutes from Southwest Harbor and thirty minutes to Bar Harbor, the Seamist also offers guests private hot tub access! Two guests maximum, not a suitable space for children. Please keep allergies in mind when booking. No smoking.

It’s off grid, cottage core, and has a beautiful & fragrant cedar sauna. We are 27 minutes from Acadia National Park and surrounded by truly gorgeous local beaches. We offer super comfy beds, an outdoor shower, twinkle lights, summer nights filled with fireflies, bright maples in the fall, and cozy winter movie nights in a bed alcove like on a boat.

Harbor Hideout is a 430sq ft 2BR Tiny Home that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean on the Quietside of Mount Desert Island. The Tiny Home easily cools down fast with the A/C Units. The unit has a large deck wraped around the unit and it has walking access to the Ocean which shared with the 2 neighboring units on the property. Beachfront Guest Cottage - Year-round Hot Tub!

Our cozy guest cottage has easy beachfront/kayak/canoe access, and is located very close (within walking distance at low tide) to the public boat launch for larger boats. Great location to explore Deer Isle, Acadia (approx 1hr), Castine (45m), and the Bangor (1hr) area. Brave children and adults even swim from the beach but comfortable swimming ponds/lakes are 10m in several directions. The hot-tub is open year-round! Additional guests can be considered prior to booking.
