Birdhouse apartment - Affordable studio in Boise!

Cute little studio attached to our home with key pad entry, so good privacy. NW Boise in a very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, range, electric skillet, toaster oven, and coffee service. Huge closet space, lots of other storage, and bathroom with shower. Couch easily pulls out to queen bed (though not very comfy), has luggage storage. Wifi available. Near shopping, bus stop, downtown, and river. Pets allowed with $50 nonrefundable pet deposit and host approval.

This cozy guest suite (200 sq. ft.) attached to our house with separate entrance. Complete privacy during your stay. The suite includes a full bathroom, kitchenette with eating area, and queen bed. We don’t accept booking with U-Haul trucks. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway that will fit regular size car. Great place to stay, blocks from greenbelt, shopping center nearby with roller rink, ice cream, antique stores, gas station, post office, bank, restaurants, and a dollar store. There is a fantastic coffee shop on the corner and even a trapeze place that you can sign up for some classes. The house has great floorplan each room, each bed and bath is very private. Lots of outside seating as well.
